Pentacon was principal contractor & work scope was to construct a carpark as well as various stormwater drainage works.

 

  • Site management including pedestrian management, traffic management, environmental management and erosion and sediment control, safety and quality management, community liaison

  • Demolition of drainage and retaining structures

  • Earthworks

  • Replacement of stormwater drainage system

  • Rock retaining wall

  • Crib/Link walls

  • Asphalt pavements

  • Installation of concrete pathways, kerb & channel

  • Sprayed bituminous surfacing & seal

  • Linemarking

  • Installation of conduits, lanterns, poles for road lighting

  • Location of existing services

  • Alternations to electrical services

  • Installation of road furniture including signage, guardrails, fencing, gates, rubber wheel stops

  • Landscaping including supply and place topsoil, mulch, grass seeding, turf, plantings

  • Installation of timber decking boards
