Drummond Drive Upgrade

 

Pentacon was principal contractor & work scope was to complete the upgrade of Drummond Drive to Q100 flood levels including bridge over railway line.

 

  • Bored piles 750mm dia 12m deep

  • 12m single span HumeDeck Modular Bridge over the Mary Valley Heritage Railway Line

  • Precast abutments, wingwalls & curtain walls

  • Drainage system including triple cell 1200dia culvert and end structures

  • 5m earth embankment to reach Q100 flood levels

  • Work under a permit in accordance with the Fisheries Act 1994

  • Tensar TX160 and Bidim A29 installation

  • Traffic management in accordance with MUTCD Part 3
