Pentacon was principal contractor & work scope was to construct a 24-lot subdivision.

Site management, community liaison, environmental and erosion management, safety and quality management
Bulk earthworks including cut to fill, removal of existing culverts and headwalls
Retaining wall (rock walls and permanent masonry)
Roadworks including sawcutting, trim and compact subgrade, side drains
Kerb and channel
Asphalt works
Linemarking
Installation of road furniture e.g guardrails
Supply and lay stormwater drainage including trench excavation, spoilage of excess material, jointing, bedding sand and backfilling
Construct insitu concrete headwall
Detention basin complete with retaining walls, fencing and vehicle acess
Water reticulation - construct complete water system
Sewer reticulation - construct complete sewer system
Landscaping including turfing to footpaths and centre island, acoustic barriers
Electrical and communications installation
