Pentacon was the principal contractor & work scope was to undertake bulk earthworks for Settlers Rise Estate - Stage 4.

• Site management including environmental management and significant erosion and sediment control, quality management, community liaison.

• Clearing and grubbing

• Strip and stockpile topsoil

• Earthworks cut to fill

• Excavate and removal of unsuitable material

• Removal of non-rippable rock by hammering

• Turfing of open drains

• Grass seeding, fertilising and watering disturbed areas

• Supply and install new stock fence

• Undertake flow tests on existing site bore

• Install new water bore & conduct testing

• Supply and install lockable galvanised steel gate

• Supply and install rock check dams

• Construct flow diversion berms

• Locate and protect underground services

• Works to Telstra pits and conduit
